Spent last week in warm sunny Florida... I stayed in a private villa, got to watch the last launch of shuttle Discovery, got treated to super fancy dinners including one place where I got a Green Tea Cheesecake with Edible Gold trim..
This week the snow is up to my shoulder and it is negative 20 degrees. It has to heat up 52 degrees to be freezing here. My grandparents are doing well, we have a series of appointments and errands to take care of this week, but by the end of the week they should good to go. The doctor's appointment Thursday will tell us if grandpa is ready to walk on his hurt hip again.
